JADED HEART; Michael Müller "Es la formación más potente que hemos tenido jamás..."
Los alemanes JADED HEART se encuentran en pleno proceso de pre-producción de su próximo trabajo discográfico, previsto para abril de 2018 y que prometen será el mejor de la banda.
Mientras tanto, vendrán a España a ofrecernos un potente concierto en el Ripollet Rock y con este motivo hemos entrevistado a su bajista, Michael Müller que nos habla brevemente de la banda y sus actuales proyectos.

JADED HEART es una banda alemana de Hard Rock. En un país lleno de bandas de Power Metl ¿Por qué tocáis Hard Rock?
Porque amamos el Hard Rock y el Heavy Metal. El Power Metal no es nuestro estilo preferido. Nosotros llamamos a nuestra música Power Hard Rock.
Desde vuestra formación en 1990 habéis cambiado vuestra formación, obviamente. ¿Qué nos puedes contar de la formación actual?
Es la formación más potente que hemos tenido jamás. JADED HEART ahora es un gran equipo. Con mucha dedicación. Masa y Peter son guitarristas asesinos. Bodo es uno de los mejores baterías de Alemania. Johan Fahlberg es uno de mis mejores amigos y un increíble cantante.
Habéis editado vuestro ultimo album, “Guilty by Design” durante el pasado año. Cuentanos algo sobre el disco. ¿Qué diferencias hay entre este y los otros discos de JADED HEART?
Nosotros hemos tratado de combinar las canciones antiguas del JADED HEART tradicional con el metal y las melodías modernas. Pienso que “Guilty by Design” es muy fuerte, potente y melódico.
¿Qué objetivos tenías con este álbum y crees que los habéis conseguido?
Sí, pienso que hicimos nuestro mejor trabajos con estas canciones. Estuvimos trabajando muy duro para conseguirlo.
Tú actualmente estás tocando en JADED HEART y también en la banda de Herman Frank. ¿Cómo llevas esta dualidad?
Es una gran oportunidad de trabajar con otro gran guitarrista y también gran estrella del rock. Estuve trabajando con André (Hilgers) en el pasado en Silent Force. Es una gran alegría.
Estareis tocanto en el Ripollet Rock el próximo 25 de Agosto. ¿Qué podemos esperar de vuestro show?
¡Lo daremos todo! Esperad un grandísimo concierto.
Habrá muchas canciones de “Guilty by Design” o habrá más del resto de vuestra discografía?
Tocaremos canciones nuevas y antiguas por supuesto.
¿Qué piensas del Ripollet rock y de iniciativas como estas (festivales gratuitos)?
Es un gran festival. He visto vídeos y fotografías del pasado. Y este festival gratuito es realmente grande para los fans.
¿Qué sabes del Ripollet Rock y cuales son vuestras expectativas sobre él?
Actualmente no sabemos mucho. Pero esperamos fans locos. Los fans españoles siempre son locos. Los amamos.
¿Cuál es tu opinión sobre las bandas en este festival, Crystal Viper, Loudness y dos bandas locales como Rising Core y Regresion?
¡Me encanta Loudness! He sido fan del metal japonés desde los 80. Estoy deseando verles y estoy orgulloso de compartir el mismo escenario que ellos. Crystal Viper es también una gran banda de Heavy Metal. Obviamente tendré que revisar a Rising Core y Regresion también.
¿Podremos ver más fechas de Jaded Heart en España pronto?
Sí. Volveremos a España en el 2018.
¿Cuál es el punto actual en la carrera de Jaded Heart? ¿Qué planes de futuro tenéis?
Ahora mismo estamos en la pre-producción de nuestro próximo álbum. Será editado en Abril de 2018. Grandes canciones hasta ahora.

JADED HEART - Michael Müller
Jaded Heart is a german hard rock band. In a country full of power metal bands why
do you play hard rock?
-Because we love hard rock and heavy metal. Power Metal is not our favourite style.
We call our music Power Hard Rock 🙂
Since your formation in 1990 you’ve changed your line up, obviously. What can you
tell us about your actual line up?
- It is the strongest line up we ever had. Jaded Heart these days is a great team. Very
dedicated. Masa and Peter are klller guitarists. Bodo is one of the best drummers in
Germany. Johan Fahlberg is one of my best friends and an awesome singer.
You edited your last album “Guilty by Design” last year. Tell us something about it
what differences are between it and the other Jaded heart albums?
- we have tried to combine old traditional Jaded Heart songs with modern metal and
melodies. I thing that´s why “Guilty By Design” is so strong. Heavy and melodic.
What objectives did you have about this album and have you got them?
Y-es, I think that we did the best out of the songs. We have been working very hard
to archive it.
You are actualy playing in JADED HEART and in Herman Frank’s Band too. How do you combine this duality?
- It´s a great opportunity to work with another great guitarist and great rock star. I
have been working with Andre ( Hilgers ) in the past in Silent Force. It´s great fun.
You’re gonna play at Ripollet Rock on August 25th. What can we wait about your
show?
-We will give it all! Expect a great and dedicated show.
There’s gonna be many songs of “Guilty by Design” or there’s gonna be some songs
about all your discography?
-We will play new and old songs of course.
What do you think about Ripollet Rock and the initiatives like that (free festivals)?
-It s a great festival. I have seen videos and pictures from the past. And that this
festival is for free, that´s really great for the fans!
What do you know about Ripollet Rock and what are your expectations about it?
- Actually we don´t know much. But we expect crazy fans. Spanish fans are always
crazy. We love them.
What is your opinion about the bands on this festival, Crystal Viper, Loudness and two
local bands such Rising Core and Regresion?
I love Loudness! I have been a fan of japanese metal since the 80s. I am looking
forward to see them and I am proud to share the same stage with them. Crystal Viper
is also a great heavy metal band. Of course I will check out Rising Core and
Regresion too.
Could we see more Jaded Heart dates in Spain soon?
Yes, we will come back to spain in 2018!!
What’s the actual point in Jaded Heart’s career? What are your future plans?
Right now we are in pre - production for our next album. It will be released in April
